If your smartphone is working correctly with the APP application on this car radio model, we ask you to download the updated firmware for this radio from our website. This firmware is an updated version of the APP for all ANDROID versions and iOS updates.
A step-by-step update algorithm is provided below:
1) You need to download the file from our website using this link: fw5000.upd (move it to a formatted flash drive)
2) Remove the flash drive.
3) Turn on the radio.
4) Insert the flash drive into the USB (NOT CHARGING) connector with the radio turned on.
5) The radio will turn off automatically.
6) UPD (Update) will appear in the background. You need to wait a few seconds.
7) The car radio will boot itself up again.
8) Remove the flash drive.
9) The radio is ready for use with the new firmware.
